As women travelling alone, we felt very safe and comfortable at this hotel. the room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with amenities such as comfortable beds, towels, toiletries. We also enjoyed the flat screen TV and free wifi. the jacuzzi bath was a nice treat, and we appreciated the convenience of having a drinks vending machine right next to our room. the coffee, hot chocolate, and tea offered were not only delicious but also reasonably priced at just 1euro. the mini fridge in the room containing drinks and snacks was a convenient bonus. the customer service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Even with delayed flights, our transfer was seamless and the staff was waiting for us upon arrival. the daily room cleaning and fresh towels were a nice touch. the hotel also provided us with directions to the train station, which was only two stops away from Amsterdam Central. And having shops and supermarkets close by made our stay even more convenient. we loved our experience at this hotel.
